Networker Cannot Backup whole Private MailBox

Question

Hi everybody,

I had a problem with Backing up Exchange

I can backed up Separate Private MailBox such as Mr X, Mrs Y and even I can use the saveset: MSEXCH:MB/A*/ succeffully

But I can't backup all with the saveset: MSEXCH:MB

When I checked the log: xbsa.messages on the Networker Client Exchange

I see the error:

XBSA-1.0.1 LNMs_2008.Build.274 6104 Fri May 22 11:14:55 2009 _nwbsa_close_create_object_session: System detected error due to savefile_fini() failure, typically caused by bad network hardware (NICs, routers, etc). Operation aborted

after that I increased the inactivities time out option from Group BackupMailBox from 30 (default) to 120, it still failure.

So what would I can do?

Just a quick guess, try changing your saveset to MSEXCH:MB/ and see if that works...

There isn't a difference, each saveset should backup all mailboxes

What error? Can you show us the module log from applogs (not xbsa messages)?

I try that saveset but the error still returned.What should I do?

Try using Copy and Paste.

You can't attach it. Instead, open the file, find according to timestamp where the backup has started and copy the relevant data for the session here. If log is rendered, try to unrender it before to make it more readable for people here.
