Hi Lewis,

Do you have the full output of the backup?

You can find it in NetWorker server under:

/nsr/tmp/sg/group_name/ssoxxx

This could be caused by different problems, such as configuration (pool, storage node, devices, client), name resolution, etc.

Usually that one means your client is not configured correctly.
