Networker - Notes doesn't finish Full backup correctly

Environments:

NW Server 7.1.3
NW Client 7.2 build 494
NML 2.2

Win2003 Server SP1
Lotus Domino 6.5.5

Problem:

The server has worked for over a year without any problems.
About 3 weeks ago the transaction logs on the domino notes server didn't get backed up and deleted from the server. The logs look like this.

After that the transaction logs started to remain on the server and they do not become backed up/deleted from the domino server.
