For NMM (which includes SQL backup option) use ftp://ftp.legato.com/pub/NetWorker/NMM/Cumulative_Hotfixes/

My fault - the path was incomplete. Goto    ftp://ftp.legato.com/pub/eval/2016Q1/    and download   nmm823_win_x64.zip
