NMO 4.5 / Networker 7.4 failure on Linux
I'm running nmo 4.5 Oracle sbt package on Red Hat linux AS 3.0 64 bit.
The Oracle database is a RAC cluster with two nodes, Oracle 10.2.0.2.
On the first node, I can use rman happily to create and restore backups
On the second node, rman reports the following error:
channel ORA_SBT_TAPE_1: starting piece 1 at 13-SEP-07
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-00569: =============== ERROR MESSAGE STACK FOLLOWS ===============
RMAN-00571: ===========================================================
RMAN-03002: failure of backup plus archivelog command at 09/13/2007 08:20:00
ORA-19506: failed to create sequential file, name="d9irqp9d_1_1", parms=""
ORA-27028: skgfqcre: sbtbackup returned error
ORA-19511: Error received from media manager layer, error text:
Could not create the NWORA resource lock file (13) (103:105:13)
I can't find a mention of the NWORA resource lock file anywhere, errno 13 would appear to be a 'permission denied' somewhere, but where?
Both nodes are in the administration group in NetWorker, configured identically as far as I've been able to tell.
Any ideas what the problem is here?

Error: Could not create the NWORA resource lock file (errno)
Description: The nsrnmoadmin command could not obtain the required lock file in the /nsr/tmp or \tmp directory. The lock file is required for accessing the NWORA resource file.
Resolution: Report the error to Technical Support.
