Customer checked oracle version is 64bit, although nmo4.1 could work, customer want to know what's the problem of the backup. If sombody have installed case with nmo4.2 and hp-ux11.x, let me know please, Thanks a lot!

Since it works with 4.1 just stick to it - there is nothing wrong having 4.1. The only difference in versions (for HPUX) is that for 4.1 you have 3 versions:
- HP-UX 11.x (32-bit)
- HP-UX 11.x (64-bit)
- HP-UX 11i 64-bit Itanium

For 4.2 you don't have 32bit. This 32bit vs 64bit does NOT depend on OS but rather application. I doubt that you have customer running Oracle in 32bit mode (not sure if that is possible with 9.2), but perhaps you could check. Also make sure you have correct version of module that you installed.

Once again, if everything works with 4.1 - stick with that version.

The best advice would be then to enable debug mode and try manual backup to see what do you get. Then send that to support - they will to engineering and thus you will get best answer.
