nsrnotesv: Error occurs when querying server for Application Information
Does someone got this message :
nsrnotesv: Error occurs when querying server for Application Information
nsrnotesv: Checking schedule backup failed.
when doing a NW backup ( 7.2.1 version) on a windows client (W2003) with NML 2.2.1 module.
The same command ( savegrp -I GXX) launched from NW server works perfectly on 2 others notes servers.
But on this one I receive this error, even directly on the client with this command:
nsnotesv -s server -g GXX D:\Lotus\Domino\Data\names.nsf
Anybody have a clue?

Anyway, if it fails from client it sounds like either an issue with module configuration or something else global. Do you have file system backup for that client and does it work correctly? If yes, can you say how module is configured and also how the client is configured?

Until now we use a standard backup after stopping notes service without a problem.
So I don't think, it's name resolving.
We don't use RAP Monitor

to create the new client, i have made a copy of the "normal" client and only add the fields:
save set: "NOTES:";
backup command: nsrnotesv.exe;
application information: \
"MYARGS=-F C:\\exploit\\bao\\logs\\backup_online.log";
We have two others clients which work that way.

Besides, when I launch "Networker User for Lotus" GUI,
I receive those messages 'Searching for a Networker server' and 'You are not a client of any Networker User' .
With the 'Networker Administrator' GUI, there is no problem .
I don't understand why .

As for LNW, try to reinstall module and on server side delete client resource for Notes backup, restart NW and create it again - might be some strange corruption within resources. Perhaps this is too many mights and maybes so you better involve support on this one.

Its confusing, because NML GUI warns about the server.
