I checked the log and couldn't really find any useful information, in fact the key message could not be rendered so I couldn't really read what happened.
I could only find these error messages:
39078 6/6/2012 9:49:01 PM 0 0 5 8344 12648 0 gvizbackup nsrexecd SSL error: Unable to initiate SSL handshake with host gvizecpb.gviz.com: An error occurred as a result of an SSL protocol failure
39076 6/6/2012 9:49:01 PM 0 0 2 8988 12648 0 gvizbackup nsrexecd GSS warning: Group membership for "SYSTEM@NT AUTHORITY" cannot be verified and will not be included in the user's authentication credential. Remote hosts may not see the user as belonging to any operating system group.
But I don't think it's directly related to the cloning issue.
Is htis a manual clone or a shceduled clone?
If manual, are you running it fomr NMC or from command line?
Have you tried to run it from command line to see what is the output?
Actually try this:
1.- Stop NetWorker services
2.- Delete /nsr/tmp
3.- Delete /nsr/res/jobsdb
4.- Start NetWorker services
5.- Wait for the index cross-check
6.- Run manually the clone from command line and capture the output

Let us know the outcome of these steps.
Thank you.
