offline backup ended with result code 5
Hi Guys
I am getting below error on sap db backup, please help on this.
Using NetWorker version: 7.4.4.Build.649;
OS: HP-UX B.11.23
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 17:01:18;---;DEV;starting offline backup using configuration for day 7
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 17:01:18;---;DEV;executing command as user oradev:

* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 21:47:35;---;DEV;60001 DS-SAP-Suppressed offline backup failure errorcode 5, params: -r initDEV.utl.full
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 21:47:35;ERR;DEV;offline backup ended with result code 5
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 21:47:35;---;DEV;61005 DS-SAP-Suppressed Backup duration is more than 85% of configured backup window
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 21:47:35;---;DEV;will start components listener db sap after offline backup
* server1:SSD-backup 2014-08-24 21:47:35;---;DEV;will start monitoring after offline backup

Here is an excerpt from the BRBACKUP error message list:
5 - Backup/restore was started, but not completed because errors occurred during processing.
I assume that the next line tells you the exact reason:
61005 DS-SAP-Suppressed Backup duration is more than 85% of configured backup window.
I am afraid that this is the only info we can give so far.

a) you are asking this question in wrong forum (ECN help) - move this thread to NetWorker forum
b) you are using unsupported NW version
c) The log you supplied seems to indicate you use a bit different mechanism than usual. Can you explain who triggers your backups? Also, can you check brbackup and backint log?
