OFM9.6SynchronizationStatus System wide sync failed,partial sync being used

Question

Hi , I have installed in the file server OFM 9.6 and during backup some opened file presented errors to make backup. Looking at the console of OFM 9,6 I found the following error: 'Synchronization status¿. System wide sync failed, partial sync being used.' I Also found following the messagens in the Networker: ' : File D:\GRUPOS\OPER\DOI\COMUM\Roberto M\Lista de presença\LISTA DE PRESENÇA GERAL 2007.xls could not be opened and was not backed up. (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.) : File D:\GRUPOS\OPER\DOI\GARANTIA DE QUALIDADE\Auditoria Quebecor SP\MQWSP-MAIO-07.xls could not be opened and was not backed up. (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.) : File D:\GRUPOS\OPER\DOI\GARANTIA DE QUALIDADE\Telefones Uteis_cliente .xls could not be opened and was not backed up. (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.) : File D:\GRUPOS\OPER\DOI\INDG Gestao\3- Relatorios de Anomalia\2- Maio\ could not be opened and was not backed up. (The file or directory is corrupted and unreadable.)' The files are integral NW version 7.3.2 OS Client: Windows 2000 Thanks

For some reason OFM sync failed and state in which data was presented to NW query was not the one which usually work and it is expected. This seems to be OFM issue. Try again and if this fails you should contact support.
