Looks like there is some issue with your license for the SQL module. Check your daemon.raw on the backup server. You should find the relevant errors there.
You could use nsrlic to identify the licenses you have and are in use.
Your original post mentioned that the errors are from nsrsqlsv.raw not daemon.raw. You would need to look at the daemon.raw file for the details of the messages related with licensing.
I have the same error in my installation, did you find any solution to your problem?
My backups has been working fine, but now they dont. I have 3 SQLmodules installed on separate servers, all are properly licensed (checked with nsrlic which reports 3 license are in use and correct hostnames), but still i get these errors in the backup logs:

I really cant understand what have caused this. It has been working, and the other two sql-servers are still working fine. From all i can understand it sounds like a licenseproblem but all licenses are there. Anyone has any ideas?
Just for documentation purpose, always check if you have the right number of license. New release of networker will enforce this, which was not the case before.
You can also put the -D9 on the save backup command nsrsqlsv and check the output under /nsr/tmp/sg/ .
In some case you will see something like:
freeing unused errinfo with msgid 0 lgto_parms fail: The feature "NetWorker Module for Microsoft SQL Server/9" is not properly enabled. direct save returns: The feature "NetWorker Module for Microsoft SQL Server/9" is not properly enabled. freeing unused errinfo with msgid 0
Module licensing these days is tiered based on number of processors; it may be that an upgrade of server could cause the existing license to become invalid.
This is problem with SQL for networker license, check the file xbsa.messages and also in the backup server runs the command nsrlic there can verify the number of licenses you have and if you have SQL available

Which is a good sigh of licensing issue
