Looking at the screenshot, the following configuration may need to be corrected
1. backup command: nsrvcb_save
NOTE: meant only for the actual VM clients-not for the proxy
2. Remote user, this attribute is generally set blank for VCB configuration. The crediantials for vCenter access are picked from 'Virtualization' config, other exection crediatials based on the 'log on' user for nsrexecd service on the proxy(default=localsystem)
To find out what caused the backups to fail/cycle, check the SG logs on networker server
