Hi!
My suggestions:
0. Go to the Scalar web management gui and check that all the cartrdige slots are configured and enabled.
(For example you can split some jukeboxes (partitioned), so you must ensure that it is not configured before)
1. Check first that the jukebox is good configured under Windows. (device manager 2 driver, robotic control software)
It is advisable to use quantum media changer software not the built in in the Windows.
Dont forget to disable the RSM service in Windows.
2. If it is good, delete the jukebox and run jbconfig utility from command line.It should configure well the tape lib.
