Networker 7.2 has been out of suport for couple of years now .. . If you request for any support from EMC, they would first ask you to upgrade to 7.3.4 at least and preferable 7.4. Once upgrade is done, then only they will support u further....
So its high time that you start planing upgrades ...

Hi,
your answer is not completely correct.
End of primary support was on June 30, 2008 and end of service life is June 30, 2010.

But you are right that its high time to planning upgrade.
