Hello JinBeng,
What is the version and build of Networker server and client?
Have you checked the Application and System event logs in Event viewer? I guess you will have some volsnap or VSS related errors such as volsnap event ID 25 or similar.
Please take a look at the event logs and also to the following KB:

Thank you.
Carlos.

Hi Carlos,
Thanks for reply. I'm using Networker management Console version 3.5.4.build.604 based on Networker
version 7.5.4.build.604 and Networker User version 7.5 SP4.build.604.
Yes, I found a lot of error in event viewer as below :-
System event viewer
Event ID : 8
Source : Volsnap
Description : The flush and hold writes operation on volume C: timed out
while waiting for a release writes command.
Application event viewer
Event ID : 12292
Source : VSS
Description : Volume Shadow Copy Service error : Error creating the Shadow
Copy Providec COM class with CLSID {6e374478-ad8e-41d1-90cb-38dc78fd4144}
[0x80040154]
I have applied the MS patch. but still doesn't help.
