That's not error and there is no need to correct it.
If you wish to avoid it you can do what you have said (and depending on where you define schedule/level you may even have a trick to avoid it even if your server is listed in active group). Usually, if you know what you are doing, you set no index save on groups and have backup server in dummy active group with skip schedule. In newer releases this won't full NW, but it would be just one boostrap when running scheduled backup while rest is taken from CLI as you are doing it already.
this error occurs on the monthly weekly and yearly groups. i backup the indexes separately from command line. what do i have to correct it? just to add the networker server to a scheduled weekly monthly and yearly group?
You don't. It was added automatically because your backup server does not appear to be in active group. For security reasons, NW will then include bootstrap backup in each group you run.
If you wish to avoid it, you should first understand importance of bootstrap, check when is the best time to get it, and have server run at that time or special index/bootstrap (to be run from CLI).
