The restore command is the same -nsrnotesrc – z configuration_file_path. The configuration files must contain the name of the mailbox to be restore. Refer admin guide for parameters that you have to put in the config file.
Word of advice, upgrade your NetWorker version it is very old.

Mika,
I have attached the Admin guide to this post, refer to the Disaster recovery section of the guide.

You will have to understand what parameters are required in the config file and you will be good to go.

But i think you are suing NML and NMDA correct ? They are almost the same but NMDA is a latest module to backup NOTES as NML is now obsolete.

NML license will (still) work with NMDA.

if your NOTES server is on windows you can use the NetWorker user for notes from Start -> All Programs -> EMC NetWorker to restore the desired data.
if on a unix/linux machine you need the mention the below parameters in the config file. Information on these parameters can be found on the admin guide provided earlier.
NSR_BACKUP_PATHS
NSR_NOTES_INI_PATH
LOTUS_USER
Notes_ExecDirectory
PATH
NSR_BACKUP_PATHS
