     Now the question is has this ever worked before ? Or is it a new configuration. Also, what does your script do?

     As Hrvoje has suggested the best option available is to use savepnpc and trigger your bat file through it.

Nope it has not run from the day I have taken handover of this Project from my Company . Seems that it was not run before also .

Will try to do what Hrvoje Crvelin has suggested . Seems that it would work for us .
