Reverse DNS lookup failed for address 0.0.0.0

Hi all,
we're experiencing this error from time to time.
Reverse DNS lookup failed for address 0.0.0.0
We enabled hosts files on server and client and also the resolv.conf is set up properly.
Does anybody how to fix it?
Thanks in advance

Mark

I'm betting you're running Solaris 10 with multipathing setup for the ethernet. When you use the simple group link based multipath failover on Solaris 10, the 2nd nic has an IP address of 0.0.0.0. Networker wants to resolve all the interfaces for various reasons, which includes 0.0.0.0 (altho they should probably ignore 0.0.0.0....)

Disable the NIC with that IP assigned on client - obviously it is not used.
