Check the name resolution for the NetWorker server name reported in the error message - if this is correct then you can try: -

Restart the NetWorker processes only on the client in order to resolve and potential inter-communication issues.

If this does not resolve you may have to restart the operating system for the machine at a convenient time within your environment.
