Savegroup and Bootstrap Notifications
We have 4 savegroups, daily and weekly SQL, and daily and weekly file systems. Savegroup and Bootstrap notification emails are being sent from all these groups regardless of whether they run that day or not. How do I configure Notifications so that only groups that run send emails? Currently I cannot edit existing notifications as they are greyed out, despite me being an admin. I am running 7.6.1 but this has been an issue since going from 7.2 to 7.4.4. Getting swamped with Never Started Save Sets emails is annoying
Thanks
Stu

If a savegroup is enabled, then it will run at the start time that it was configured with, regardless of what the schedule and level is used.
Maybe you can consolidate your groups so that there is one group to backup up SQL and the other for the filesystem? Then you can also use just one schedule that determines when a full and non full backups are done. This would cut down on the number of savegroup notifications.
Note: If the bootstrap is being backed up every time a group is run, this is because the NetWorker server itself is not in a save group being backed up. Put it in a group that is enabled, and the bootstrap should then be backed up only once a day.

Set the schedule in the group, should be set only in client.
