Are there any errors in xbsa.messages? You can find it in Networker-subdir applogs.

Nothing useful in the xbsa files and nsrxcsv files:
I cleared the temp dir on both the server and clients, and it is working now.
But it working very unreliable.

It stopped again.
No log enties in the xbsa log files and in the nsrxchsv.log file.
I stopped and started the client agent deleted the tmp dir, but it isnt working
now. The group stopped in 5 seconds.

I think the problem could be on the networker server ...

Paul

Nope. Return code is not equivalent to unknown error db returned by Win32 API.

What EXCH and what module are you using? Can sagittarius be resolved by server? And also, specify your saveset as MSEXCH:IS only and see what happens. Are you sure your storage group is called Users? You could trigger debug backup to find more about failure reasons.

418 is latest EXCH build for 5.0. Can you post log in verbose mode when doing backup from cmd on EXCH side please?

I do not have direct link, but I also noticed in the meantime there is even newer build (439), but I know nothing about that build what it addresses. Support should be able to email you one if you open the case.

The case is open at least for one month.
I hope that he will send me the new file tomorrow.

What is the source of your information?
Where do you know that is new module available?

Your help is the most valuable in the forum!

Thanks:Paul
