scanner command doesn't work fine

Hello all,

We have the following enviorenment:

New Backup Server
'sbara'
SunOS 5.9
NetWorker 7.2.1

Old Backup Server
'e450'
SunOS 5.8
NetWorker 6.1.3

Client
'calser';
SunOS 5.8
NetWorker 6.1.3

The new Backup Server has the same configuration that the old (same /nsr/res). The old Backup Server is a client of the new although is not realized backup of it. Old Backup Server has the same clientid that it had previously.

When we run the command mminfo-avot-q "volume=BR0089"-r " volume, family, type, client, ssid, name, savetime (30), pool, group, ssflags" on old Server Backup appears:

volume fmly type client ssid name
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium calser 660754689 /backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium calser 660822529 <1>/backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium e450 660859137 index:calser
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium calser 682408449 /backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium e450 682415617 index:calser
...

Well, after our customer run scanner -vvv -m TapeX on New Backup Server. Inside TapeX is volume BR0089. The output of command mminfo-avot-q "volume=BR0089"-r " volume, family, type, client, ssid, name, savetime (30), pool, group, ssflags" shows:

volume fmly type client ssid name
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium ~calser-1 660754689 /backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium ~calser-1 660822529 <1>/backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium ~e450-1 660859137 index:~calser-1
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium ~calser-1 682408449 /backup
BR0089 tape LTO Ultrium ~e450-1 682415617 index:~calser-1
...

If our client wants to recreate the indexes of the tape BR0089 by scanner -i, NetWorker shows error since it has detected the client calser as ~calser-1 and e450 as ~e450-1.

What do we do?

Thanks in advance,

6 Operator
