Top of my head, I would suspect wrong network interface being used.  Is this multihomed environment?

HI sokundu, tell me what the module you using do u loaded the xbsa.messages and nsrsqlsv.raw in the issue.

Hello sokundu,

As elvinperez has already mentioned check the xbsa.messages file on the SQL server. in addition also check if there are any tape drive or tape errors. i see that the backup is partially successful, 3 out of 5 databases are successful so i assume the prime suspect would be tape errors. How long has the group run for ?

Hello Sokundu, Was this issue ever resolved, been having the same issue for about a year, ever tech tells us its a bug and a new update comes out, but they all persist.

There is no issue in the module. This issue due to the device is not allocated for the backup. Below are suggestions

- Check the device configuration in the NW Server. Try the FS or backup

- Try backup without "ClientDirect" and see if it works

- Try backup without "Stripes"
