You cannot save a bootstrap to a remote device .Bootstrap should always be backed up on the local device.

Do you have devices to be used with storage node? And what kind of devices are those? Don't get me wrong, but you do not have experience so what usually would be 5 minute work might turn out to be 5 hour forum conversation - is there anyone next to you who can help you or support you? Above suggests pool configuration is not right (and if you use different pool on SN than on BS, this is why bootstrap fails - this can be easily fixed with having pool available or creating index pool - but this probably doesn't mean too much to you so this is why it is better if someone does config for you and does knowledge transfer).

Please read carefully - it has all been said already ...
"When you install the software, simply select the appropriate option.
On Linux/UNIX, you will see separate packages.
On Windows, the installation option includes (invisibly) the installation of the NW client SW."

actually i done several backups using the server itself to data domain..from creating template, pool, device, group and adding client..but for the implementation of storage node with the same configuration, i got now this error. and for the pool issue. i think i configured it properly.

You can attach resource database to posts here so people can quickly check it. That eliminates any assumptions
