System State Backup Error

We receive this error on one of our clients each and every time we run a backup. Our client is running Windows 2003 Server on an IBM x366 64 bit processor. Both the backup server and client are running Windows 2003 Server with Networker 7.1.2 installed. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Fixed in most recent version. Open a call with support for more details.

Can Saun update the client to version 7.2.2 of NetWorker? Whether it does not solve the issue tries to run a backup with NTBackup of SYSTEM STATE. Does it work fine?

This client is a physical node of a cluster? O.S. is in English?

I'm aware of associated LGTpa being addressed in 7.3.x code - not sure for 7.2.x. Check with your support - they should know this.

I upgraded my clients to Networker 7.3.2, but I'm still receiving the same error when backing up. Thanks Hrvoje and Sergio for help on this issue.

Sean,

Is the client that is having the error running the Legato Networker 64bit client or the 32bit client in emulation mode?

If your client is upgraded and you get the same error I guess there should be something else. I would suggest to involve support as such issue was fixed by 7.3.x. What CPU platform is also good question (see http://forums.emc.com/forums/thread.jspa?forumID=68&threadID=36447&messageID=368919).

Dana,

It's a 64bit client. Thanks
