With TD1 make sure CDI is disabled (device properties).

The error you see is derived from ASC/ASCQ codes sent by library itself. You should contact vendor stating library reports following error and request support from them.

Hi Parish,

Welcome to the EMC Support Forums. I have moved your post to the Networker Forum to ensure it will be seen in the right area. You will have access to this forum the next time you login. In the mean time it appears that someone has supplied a possible answer to your issue in this thread.

Again, welcome the forums, we welcome your questions and contributions here. We are a friendly and (in my opinion) lively and helpful community. It's a pleasure to welcome a new member.

Kind regards,

Mark Browne.

Hi Parish,
I'm sure that Hrvoje means "hardware vendor". Networker simply show you messages generated by the library.

Thanks Hrvoje,

When you say vendor , does it mean EMC? I just got my site ID created from EMC. Can you guide me how do I log a call with EMC on this as I have 3 servers with same issues. What are my options for loging call Internet chat\phone\email?

I was referring to vendor support for library. If EMC provided PTL to you I assume that's probably i500 by ADIC, but even then you must register it with vendor and open call directly with original vendor.
