Hi,
It is just skipping the file or the entire backup is failing?

It might be stupid suggestion, but things are sometimes simple as that; can you verify permissions on that file? Also, if you try client side NOTE backup by calling the config file does that work?

Looks like the path to the NMO configuration file might be wrong. Kindly cross verify the path.

Hello,
You just check the path where the configuration file. Cfg and put the actual path.
