trouble recovering console database

I am testing recoverpsm and having trouble. Receiving the error below. The nsr log below shows the backup is successful. Following disaster recovery guide, not sure what I am missing. Any ideas? TIA, jan

I ran recoverpsm without any options and it worked.

You don't need to use -c given that you are on the host itself (which at the same time is the server so you don't need -s either). -f should be used only when forcing overwrite of existing db (and if that is required you will usually see by error message).
