Unable take mailbox backup using exclude_file option.

Hi,

I am taking Exchange mailbox backup using Networker server 7.4 SP3 and Networker module for Exchange Server 5.1.1. I wanted to exclude few mailboxes from this backup.
I have created exclude_file in install_path\bin directory on exchange server (as instructed in EMC NetWorker Module for Microsoft Exchange Server Administration Guide) In that file I have inserted mailbox names which I wanted to exclude. In client properties backup command tab I have inserted following command nsrxchsv.exe -X exclude_file.txt but backup is getting failed with following error.
28930:nsrxchsv:Parsing parameters from the command line...
46894:nsrxchsv:Parsing exclusions given in the file: exclude_file.txt
46934:nsrxchsv:Error opening file: exclude_file.txt
46885:nsrxchsv:Backup operation finished with errors. No savetime was sent.

but whenever I am removing -X exclude_file.txt parameter from backup commond, backup is completing successfully.
Following is the error message from nsrxchsv.raw

Please move this thread into NetWorker area. Sandy already has posted there so he should have access...

Thread moved from Powerlinl Lite forum to Networker, as requested. Thanks Hrvoje, you saved me the effort of checking the users status!

To me it looks as it can't find the file. Perhaps your bin is not in standard location which might be hardcoded so try to add it to backup command using \\.
