User authentication session timed out ....

CU see this error message on the server and his clients:

02/07/07 13:23:44 nsrexecd: GSS Legato authentication user session entry (warning): "User authentication session timed out and is now invalid.". Session number = 18e:43f3, domain = mpim-bonn.mpg.de, user name = root, NetWorker Instance Name = demeter

CU say, that the daemons make a break from his backups.

What is here the problem. The client or server?
Maybe network or license problems?

Ask your customer - they will probably know. If not you should check their resources.

Where I can see it, that he use nsrauth?

The only what I can say is, that CU change his hosts from NIS to LDAP!

I talk with CU and he told me that he use only the default configuration.

In that case he probably has nsrauth enabled. Disabled it (search KB or forum for exact steps).

Please look for nsrauth in forum search. I'm not convinced that LDAP has something to do with it. I recently had one customer where they went to LDAP and we could not see any change in behavior (still, we had nsrauth disabled).

I find nothing to disble it.

I talk with CU again and in this configuration he have

0.0.0.0/0, nsrauth/oldauth,

OK it is enabled. But why is working not, after he disable NIS and enable LDAP?

And how I disable it?
