Using savepnpc command want to send notification mail
Using savepnpc command i want to send prebackup notification and postbackup completion mails. I already open port 25 to backup servers for mail configuration. Do i need to open port 25 to client also?? Kindly provide the command to sent a mail. Suppose, when backup started, it would send "backup start time:___ " in prebackup mail and "Backup completion time:___" in postbackup mail. Any help??
OS version: REDHAT Linux
Nw version: 7.6.2

Why would you use savepnpc for that? You have that exact information in media database and you can extract it via mminfo.
