What folders under nsr need to be preserved in server upgrade?

I am upgrading the server hardware for my Networker 7.3.2 jumbo 11 server. If I shutdown the networker services, preserve the index, mm,nsrdb and res folders to another server, shutdown the old hardware. I power up the new server with the same ip address and install the same version of networker, after shutting down the services, can I copy over the preserved folders and be ready to go on the new server? I know I have to transfer the license, but I should have temp licenses available for 30 days.

nsrdb folder is part of res folder mentioned earlier.

I assume you will have the same name of the server too. Yes, res, mm and index are most important (lic if you use license manager).

Yes, The server will be the same name. Is the nsrdb folder not necessary?
