Hi Jihad,

Did I answer your questions? Basically for backup server file system you need to schedule a backup of the client instance of the backup server with a save set that represents the file system (eg. "All", C:\, etc... for Windows or "/", /usr, etc... for UNIX). Bootstrap save set is automatically backed up even if you do not backup the server.

I have couple of question, but please answer this one
Do you mean that bootstrap backup the backup server itself or you mean just backup the configuration of the networker?

Bootstrap is a save set that gets backed up with the backup of backup server itself or every 24 hours. It is a very crucial save set as it contains the res database (NetWorker configuration DB) and the mm database (media DB). This save set is used if you have a disaster and want to recover your backup server.
Please see Administration Guide for more details.

I think I was clear enough. It has nothing to do with backup server file system. It just backs up the /nsr/res database (NetWorker configuration DB) and the /nsr/mm database (media DB).
