Dynamic drive sharing takes advantage of single physical drive being zoned via SAN to multiple hosts. Thus single physical drives becomes several logical drives. You are limited by physical reality so only one logical drive (out of all belonging to same physical drive) can be used. DDS is approach which makes sense in setup where you utilize dedicated storage nodes and where backup jobs by those do not overlap (of course, you can share drives among normal storage nodes too... as long as requests for drives do not overlap that much as then sharing does not make sense).

Hi Pratapsimha
'Dynamic drive sharing' is a standard NetWorker feature, and you'll find it documented in the "Configuring Libraries and Devices" chapter of the NetWorker Administration Guide.
Hope this helps.
