Windows E drive failed.
Hi All,
Only E drive is failed for the following error.
amrndhw271:E: 04/28/10 09:58:12 nsrexec: SYSTEM error: Connection refused E:
E drive total space 100GB
E drive free space 40MB
Backup failed due to less free space?
What is the Networker Recommendation?

40 MB is too low a space for any application to work on, have atleast a couple of GB free space. Also, check for free space on the backup server also.

I could not locate any documentation for this but by experience any application especially on Windows will have issues with that small free space. If space is a problem, you may like to test freeing up 400-500 MB or 700-800 MB and so on where ti works for you creating a balance between space and backup performance.

Hi amediratta,
why free space required on client end? is it networker recomanded? if yes what is the min space requied for client end.
