wrenches icon appear on some devices

I was told that problem is of hardware nature. That was correct for one of them. I have to have Tape1 and Autochareger and Tape0 visible to HBAnywhere, when I restart networker, everything was OK, I mean on the both server and newroker server. There is one device which  functions and  serv1.mydom.local\\.\Tape1  and serv1.mydom.local\\.\Tape0 function OK. However, there is  orange wrench serv1.mydom.local\\.\Tape1.

The point 3 might work, but I was told that the problem is  of harware nature. From the server HBAanywhere I can see both drives and autochangers.

However, on reconfigure library I have the following:   serv1.mydom.local\\.\Tape0   only  to click while serv1.mydom.local\\.\Tape1 does not appear overthere. The rest of servers have options both for \\.\Tape0 and \\.\Tape1.

How  can I debug that hardware probleme? If thart is hardware problem?
