2824 - Fatal Error Core PP HW phase 1 init failed

I have received this error from the switch via console. I am unable to find solution around Dr.google and hoping Dell support could help solve this. The unit is still under warranty and I have called Dell. They will be coming to do an exchange with the faulty unit. This problem is kind of weird as it happen suddenly while its powered on
