Access Error: Data Follows

Hello,

I'm currently suffering an error that is making it so I cannot make any changes while logged in through the web console.

It is specifically affecting my ability to create and modify vLans that are showing when I'm logged in through a terminal session.

The error I'm getting is this 

Access Error: Data Follows

Form is not defined.

It seems to only be affecting one of my vlans, but it is unfortunately one of my most important vlans --> my internet for customers.

When viewing through the web console it only shows two vlans, 1 and 10.  but when in the terminal session it is showing all of them.  Googling this error has proven completely useless... I could not find anything like this error.
