It should not take that long to boot the system.  Does it eventually boot though?  If it never does then perhaps you have a bad FW image.  I would suggest contacting customer support for help.  It should not take that long to boot the 5324 switch.

I used the second image in the 5324 and it booted in 12 min.
As I have 12 news Powerconnect, I tried with a 3324 and the time was 11min and with another 5324 the time was 12min.
Are there any options in command boot which could accelerate the boot test ?

I founded the trouble.

In fact it was the STP.

I modified the global parameters to RAPID TSP, disabled STP on all ports except the router link port and enable all ports to FAST Etherlink except link port router.

since the boot time is 2 minutes........
