It should not take that long to boot the system. Does it eventually boot though? If it never does then perhaps you have a bad FW image. I would suggest contacting customer support for help. It should not take that long to boot the 5324 switch.
I modified the global parameters to RAPID TSP, disabled STP on all ports except the router link port and enable all ports to FAST Etherlink except link port router.

I founded the trouble.
In fact it was the STP.
I modified the global parameters to RAPID TSP, disabled STP on all ports except the router link port and enable all ports to FAST Etherlink except link port router.
since the boot time is 2 minutes........
