Command Voice in PowerConnect 3424P

Hi everyone,

I have a Dell SW (version 2.0.0.34, Type:PowerConnect 3424P) and now I need to configure a phone.

I'm surfing on Net in order to find information, because I don't have enable the command voice, however, I'm not clear how I do it.

The configuration about this:

interface ethernet e3
switchport general pvid 6
switchport general allowed vlan add 6

The VLAN configured is: 6

Please, somebody tell me what I do for configure it.

Thanks a lot.

Hi,

Yes, we had had that configuration, but didn't work.

What behavior you are seeing

The telephone is on, but without signal.

How is VOIP setup on your network?

By Routers and Switches allowed voice vlan.

Anything more, What can I do?

Regards.
