configuration lost when master fail in a stack

i have installed two powerconnect 7048 in a stack and i lost some configuration when the master lose power.

indeed i had configured https and ssh access in the master and disable telnet and http access.

when the master fail i had no network access anymore.

when i log the console port i saw that https and ssh directive had disappear from my config.

I was wondering if the reason was there was no keys or certificate in the flash of the slave stack.

If it s the reason is there a way to copy these file between the members of the stack?

Thanks in advance for any help

Well the failover is runnong fine but some file are not copied with this mechanism. For example the ssh keys and the certificates files. Therefore if the master failed that backup does not have ssh keys nor certificate file. Therefore it can't activate https server and ssh server.

The network is running fine but i can't manage anymore the stack through network as our policy prevent to have http or telnet access to the management network
