Hello, a port can be down or up when there is a topology change on a device with multiple spanning trees configured. It may be normal to see these notifications. If there is edge port usage, I think Portfast can be enabled.
Port Fast The PortFast feature reduces the STP convergence time by allowing edge ports that are connected to end devices (such as a desktop computer, printer, or file server) to transition to the forwarding state without going through the listening and learning states
