I am having the same problem, running the same firmware version (6.2.0.5). But I found a workaround for it (until Dell corrects this bug).
When I run the "terminal monitor" command in the ssh session (0), I'm actually enabling the monitor in the session (1). So I connect twice, and run the command in the session (0) to monitor the session (1). You can see your sessions by command "show sessions".
