Dell PowerConnect 3424 Flash Code Error

Guys,
 
need ur help as i received this message when boot the switch
 
The flash code is NOT valid!
Image in address: 0x0 - Check Sum error!
Switching to the second image ...
Preparing to decompress...
The flash code is NOT valid!
Image in address: 0x420000 - Check Sum error!
Both images are not valid  ...
Please download a new image.
 
Any solutions are most welcome..

Looks like your switch has 2 corrupted images.  You can use XMODEM from the boot menu to recover.  See the "Using the Startup Menu" section of the "Downloading the Software.pdf" document that was in the zip file with your switch firmware.
