Werew you able to get the VOiP setup to work with the Cisco phones and the Dell switch?
I have a small office and am having trouble getting a reliable connection between Cisco 7960 phones and a Dell PowerConnect 3448P switch. The connection between the phone (we are using the phone as a switch for the PC) and the Dell switch is lost every few minutes, only to return a few seconds later. The cycle never ends.
