Dell s4128T switch boot display error and cannot default factory reset

Hi 

Dell EMC S4128T Swtich boot display time is too long and cannot showing unknow text. See the below this image.

And I cannot default factory reset. cannot delete startup-configuration. 

we have errors and problems unable to do config or factory reset. Below are the following details of errors occurred.

 

1. Console Login Time

(Problems) Login Time is very long and unable to process most of the time. Kindly see the screenshot attached.

1. Fan Error

(Problems) Physical fan running is not normal and unstable. Even if we passed the error 1 (Console Login), we are unable to type any command because faulty fan error message popped up every seconds. (Screenshot attached)

1. Load Problem

Switch load is also unable.

1. Unable to do Factory Reset

While booting, we can’t get into Factory Reset because of error 1 (Console Login).

Other command like del start-up config also not working while in switch.

1. Web Login

It would be easy for us to figure out and fix most errors if we can have web login access. Is there any option for web login?

 

Kindly help us go through each errors and escalate the repair/fix or replace process since in need of those urgently.
