Hi @DELL-Josh Cr, Yes switch is still under warranty, does not let me enter ONIE, boot menu, just want to know what's the root cause of this? Once rebooted it directly goes to that output

Are you connecting over console or ssh? Can you unplug the switch and do a full reboot?

Hi @DELL-Josh Cr  Yes console access, also a full reboot will cause the switch to go directly to that output, reboot > press escape will still proceed to that output
