Dell switch upgrade failed

Question

Hi, Im haveing a issue upgrading dell 4128T-ON switch. We wanted to carry out upgrade from OS 10.3 to 10.4, however it seamed that switch got stuck during upgrade. After reboot we got message no boot device found, press key to select boot device....However when you press any key it just display same message again. We were able to enter bios to change boot to USB with OS 10.4 image, but after that switch will just display shell cmd.   Can anyone assist on this?

Hi, Try these commands and see what it shows to see what it has on there. clish -c 'show environment' clish -c 'show inventory' clish -c 'show version'
