Erro to set switch port

Good afternoon,

 

I have a Dell EMC Networking N3048 rising an erro when I try to set a port mode. In menu (web console) Vlan > Port Settings, I choose the target port, change the port mode,then "Error! Failed to Set 'Port VLAN Mode' with 'General'" shows up. Actually, that error rises up even changing nothing.

 

In CLI, I'm also having this issue.

Sw-Core-N3048(config-if-Gi1/0/37)#switchport mode access

Unable to set the Switchport Mode.

Can anybody help me?
